Questions people ask first

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver products and provide decoration services in Lahore, Pakistan. Expansion to Islamabad is planned. For events outside Lahore, send us a quote request and we'll confirm feasibility.

How far in advance should I book a decoration service?

For standard setups like a birthday or a surprise setup at home, 2-3 days' notice is usually enough. For large events - weddings, corporate activations, school functions - we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead so design and materials can be prepared.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, debit/credit cards, bank transfer (including Raast), and cash on delivery for product orders within limits. Corporate clients can pay against invoice.

Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

Yes - COD is available for product orders in Lahore up to a per-order limit. Larger orders and service bookings are confirmed with an advance payment.
